The routing rows in debugging and tdd still pointed at the upstream skill names instead of the skills that actually exist in this repository, so an agent following them would look for a skill that is not installed. - debugging 1.0.6: route a review finding with an unclear cause to review-resolution instead of receiving-code-review. - tdd 1.0.2: route root-cause investigation to debugging instead of systematic-debugging, in the invalid-RED guidance, the nondeterminism guidance, and the composition table. Upstream names stay where they are historically correct: the skill CHANGELOG entries and debugging/references/attribution.md.
