- Add first-appearance rule for setting terms in chapter guide (category + perceptible clue, reveal-on-schedule)
- Add term glossary table to outline template (term / first chapter / reader-known / full truth / reveal plan)
- Add pre-write glossary check (step 2.1) and post-write update (step 12.5) in phase 3, synced to parallel/team templates
- Add new-term registration line to chapter notes and glossary to shared infrastructure file description

- Phase 2 新增 03-文风基准.md 生成步骤（文风指纹/基准段落/负面清单/校准段落）
- Phase 3 写前分析增加语域锚：读取上一章结尾原文 + 文风基准段落
- 第 1 章定稿后回填最佳段落，作为全书文风锚点
- 旧项目续写兜底：缺少基准文件时自动补生成
- 子 Agent 并行 / Agent Teams prompt 模板同步接入文风锚

核心架构升级：
- 从单一 5 问流程升级为多层递进式问答（Layer 1 必答 + Layer 2 可选深度定制）
- 新增 Phase 0 初始化：支持用户偏好跨会话记忆、中断续写检测
- 新增写作模式选择：串行/子Agent并行/Agent Teams 三种模式
- 新增 Phase 4 自动校验：字数与连贯性自动检查，不合格自动修复
- 流程文档化：将详细执行指令从 SKILL.md 拆分到 references/flows/ 独立维护
新增功能：
- 偏好记忆系统：自动学习用户创作偏好（题材类型、叙事风格、章节数量倾向等）
- 中断续写：自动检测未完成项目，支持从断点继续创作
- 写作计划 JSON：机器可读的写作状态文件，支持并行写作协调
文档重组：
- references/flows/：新增 7 个流程文档（phase0-4 + shared-infrastructure）
- references/guides/：重组 8 个写作指南文档
- 新增 4 个使用流程配图：phase1-qa.png, phase2-plan.png, phase3-writing.png, phase4-done.png
- 新增 1 个偏好记忆配图：memory-demo.png
