readme: replace broken star-history.com badge with committed static chart

Browse Source 
star-history.com's SVG API 500s since GitHub restricted the stargazers
endpoint to repo admins/collaborators (June 2026). Chart generated from
the repo's own star data (573 stars as of 2026-07-16).
