sanitized release). Delta is limited to the stable-release version bump:
all 11 skill packs' metadata.version and pinned @okx_ai/okx-trade-cli install
version 1.4.0 -> 1.4.1. No structural changes; no other content diff.

The Skills Marketplace upload scripts (scripts/upload_local.sh, skills_sync.sh)
are internal tooling and must not be committed to GitLab or reach the GitHub
mirror. Ignore /scripts/ and /dist/ so they stay local-only while remaining
runnable on disk.
