refactor(bundle): 重命名分发包为 bailian-kb-dsh

- 将分发包名称从 bailian-kb-bundle 改为 bailian-kb-dsh
- 同步更新 README.md 中的包名和卸载命令描述
- 更新 package.json 中的 name 字段
- 修改 cordis.patch.yml 中的注释以匹配新名称
- 确保所有文档和配置引用一致性
