* Add section on when to use the skill in SKILL.md, outlining integration scenarios, custom widget creation, and framework API assistance. Updated resources to include official documentation link.

* Add section on Flutter Backend-driven UI with Duit in README.md, detailing integration scenarios, custom widget registration, and framework capabilities. Updated references to include troubleshooting and public API documentation.
