docs(readme): trim Agent Skills and mark the Intelligence heading

Browse Source 
Agent Skills repeated most of what the first starting point already says, and
it sat after the call to action, which was the last of the three structural
notes on the Quick Start. `skills onboard` installs the skills, so the section
only needs to say how to add or refresh them on their own.

The Intelligence heading takes the kite, matching how the other sections wear
an emoji. The capability list stays unmarked: there the glyph competed with
the bullet, and the section below explains the distinction anyway.
