Justin Maier f9c599d363 fix(support): let /bugs work on civitai.red instead of bouncing to .com (#3254) ...

The civitai.red Cloudflare edge rule intercepted /bugs and /canny/bugs and
302'd them to civitai.com/support?sync-account=red, forcing a cross-domain
session-sync and a second sign-in — and the sync-redirect param it passed is
never read, so users landed on /support and never reached the Freshdesk portal.

Drop /bugs and /canny/bugs from the edge rule so they fall through to the
Next.js redirect in next.config.mjs (the same Freshworks SSO handoff .com uses).
Leaves /support-portal on the trampoline for now.

NOTE: this is the checked-in copy of the rule — the live civitai.red Cloudflare
zone rule must be updated to match for this to take effect.
