design(creator-shop): add Creator Shop UI/UX mockups

Pencil mockups for the Creator Shop feature: storefront (Featured band +
Cosmetics/Merch-soon/Models sections), owner manage + arrange-via-settings,
shop settings + feature picker modals, moderator review queue, purchase +
submit flows, and empty/first-run + non-member gate states.
