Add accurate Free Tier details to onboarding Path C

Replace the Path C free-tier callout with a concise paragraph plus a
compact bullet list of the verified facts: 5,000 credits/month (~$7.50)
from one shared pool across Unlocker/SERP/Web Scraper/Scraper Studio,
1 credit per request/record (Scraper Studio 1/page load), MCP draws from
the same pool, hard stop with no surprise bill, monthly reset with no
rollover, Proxy + Browser API excluded (separate $2/7-day + $5/30-day
trial), and custom-PAYG / pre-commit ineligible. The docs link is the
source of truth; numbers appear only in this block. Add a one-line Path M
pointer so MCP users know they draw from the same pool.
