## Summary

Scales the public product surface to match what AgentOps actually is: an
**operating loop** from intent to validated code, with **skills as the
front door**.

— full flow (moves 1–7), why Gherkin/ATDD precedes the membrane,
altitudes, first session

### Rewires
- README, first-value path, getting-started, SKILLS/SKILL-ROUTER, docs
