feat(ai): add Fable 5 + Opus 4.8 to the Ask AI model list

The Ask AI sidebar (claude-agent-sdk provider) was stale — topped out at
Opus 4.7. Add Fable 5 and Opus 4.8 (+1M) to match the review dropdown.
Sonnet 4.6 stays the default.
