fix: revert conventional-changelog-action to v5 due to tag detection bug

- Keep actions/checkout@v6 (works correctly)
- Revert conventional-changelog-action v6 -> v5
- Restore skip-commit: false (v6 has tag detection issues with skip options)
- Restore git --amend workflow (compatible with v5)
Root cause: v6 fails to detect existing tags (v1.2.0-v1.4.0) when skip-commit
is enabled, causing it to calculate version from v1.0.0 instead of v1.4.0.

fix: Allow optional frontmatter fields in SKILL.md validation
...
Changes validation logic to be more flexible:
- ✅ Still enforces required fields (name, description)
- ✅ Now allows additional optional fields (license, metadata)
- ✅ Logs optional fields for visibility (not rejection)
This fixes the circular dependency where:
- automated-release.yml updates metadata.version
- But validate.yml rejected any extra fields
- Causing validation to fail on releases

fix(changelog): prevent regeneration from losing intermediate releases

Fixes issue where v1.1.0 was lost when v1.2.0 was created.
Changes:
- Remove release-count: 0 parameter (use default append mode)
- Restore missing v1.1.0 section in CHANGELOG.md
- Fix v1.2.0 comparison range (v1.0.0...v1.2.0 → v1.1.0...v1.2.0)
- Add documentation comment explaining the parameter
- Update CLAUDE.md with accurate repository metrics
- Enhance README.md with comprehensive resource links
- Clean up SKILL.md metadata and structure
Root cause: release-count: 0 regenerates entire changelog, causing
intermediate releases to be skipped. Default behavior appends new
releases while preserving history.

- Enhanced count vs for_each decision guide
- Locals for dependency management pattern
- Version management quick guide
- Modern Terraform features summary (1.0+ through 1.11+)
New references/code-patterns.md (~859 lines):
- Comprehensive block ordering and structure guidelines
- Count vs for_each deep dive with migration examples
- Modern features: try(), nullable, optional(), moved blocks, cross-variable
validation, provider functions, write-only arguments
- Complete version management strategies
- Refactoring patterns (version upgrades, secrets remediation)
- Locals for dependency management with examples
Enhanced references/module-patterns.md (+542 lines):
- Module hierarchy section (Resource, Infrastructure, Composition types)
- Architecture principles (smaller scopes, remote state, terraform_remote_state)
- Testing philosophy and patterns (input validation, idempotency, cost control)
Enhanced references/quick-reference.md (+208 lines):
- Pre-commit checklist (formatting, naming, structure, modern features)
- Version management quick reference (constraint syntax, update workflow)
- Refactoring quick reference (common patterns, decision tree, best practices)
Total: 1,841 lines of Terraform-specific best practices added while maintaining
progressive disclosure (SKILL.md stays scannable, reference files loaded on demand).
All content from original 1,347-line guide successfully integrated.
