Update the mocks used in the `verify-setup` tests of the PR preview server to account for changes made in PR #45349. These tests run to verify that a newly built docker container works as expected before deploying it to the preview server, so having them fail prevents the preview server from updating automatically. NOTE: These tests are currently not run on CI due to complications with running Docker inside Docker. PR Close #45895
