BREAKING CHANGE:

The following symbols are not exported from angular2/angular2 any more:
`UrlResolver`, `AppRootUrl`, `getUrlScheme`, `DEFAULT_PACKAGE_URL_PROVIDER`.
Use imports from `angular2/compiler` instead.
