Currently the value of a `MdListOption` is coerced to a boolean. This is not the correct behavior because it would mean that there could be only two values (true/false).
Needed for #6896
* Adds the ability to select and deselect all options at once.
* Adds a demo of the selection list to the demo app.
* Fixes an issue that caused the checkbox inside the selection list to collapse.
* Sets the proper cursor on the list items.
Fixes#6969.
Fixes a few memory leaks that were caused by subscribing to `NgZone.onMicrotaskEmpty` or `NgZone.onStable`. Because the two streams are `EventEmitters`, the subscription doesn't get GC-ed correctly. These changes switch to converting the emitters to observables before subscribing to them.
Fixes#6905.

If a slider component will be destroyed, the `ngOnDestroy` hook calls `_directionality.change.unsubscribe()`, which means that the `unsubscribe` method is called on the `EventEmitter` instead of the actual `Subscription`. This causes the `EventEmitter` to be kind of "completed", which then means that there will be errors if `emit()` is called again (https://github.com/ReactiveX/rxjs/blob/master/src/Subject.ts#L96).
Also fixes that the drawer never unsubscribes from the `_dir.change` `EventEmitter`. This means that even if the component is destroyed, whenever the directionality changes, the drawer calls `validateDrawers()`.
Fixes#6892. Fixes#6903.
* Reworks the `noViewEncapsulationRule` to turn into a more generic rule that allows us to validate multiple properties and decorators.
* Fixes a few components that were caught without a `moduleId` after implementing the new rule.
* Adds validation that all components have a `moduleId`.
Fixes#6778.
* No longer shows ripples if md-list-option is disabled
* Properly shows disabled style for disabled md-list-option (the `mat-list-item-disabled` class has been already added as part of the selection list PR)
BREAKING CHANGE: MaterialModule has been removed and is no longer available. As noted in the changelog for beta.3, an aggregate module like MaterialModule prevents tools from being able to treeshake unused components and modules.
Fixes the old styles not being cleared when switching between styling modes in the grid list (e.g. going for proportions to a fixed height).
Fixes#4047.
With the recent change of the CDK entry points the copy glob in `build-release.ts` has been updated accidentally to no longer include the ".umd.min.js" files.
Fixes#6796
Fixes our custom tslint rules not executing IDEs, because they're written in TypeScript. This is the preferred option over switching them back to ES6, because some rules require access to TS files from other parts of the build (e.g. the Rollup globals rule).
Adds a note to the typography guide about the font-family having to be quoted. It seems like we can't handle this gracefull within the mixin using the built-in `is-string` function from SASS.
Fixes#6668.
Currently the slide-toggle only allows changing the tabIndex using the `tabIndex` binding. Using the native `tabindex` attribute doesn't have any affect. With this change the native tabindex property will be respected.
