fix: add camelCase selectors for cdk directives ( #4054 )

Some of the cdk directives used the incorrect selector style. This
change adds the proper camelCase selectors. The dash-case selectors will
be considered deprecated in the next release and then removed in a
subsequent release.

Due to a bug (https://github.com/angular/angular/issues/12631#event-1001209999 ), specifiying a type for a injected provider didn't work in AOT mode.
This bug has been solved, but we still need to switch to a `interface` instead of a TypeScript `type`.
