Audited all 41 skills against Anthropic's skill-creator SKILL.md requirements.
Two gaps found and fixed:
- Added Table of Contents to 88 reference files >300 lines (was 10/98)
- Expanded all 41 descriptions from avg 51 to avg 76 words with more trigger
  phrases and "Also trigger when..." clauses for better skill activation
- Bumped MINOR version on all 41 skills
