mjaskolski eee89d8667 docs(metaskills): route six siblings to the new optimization journeys ...

Sentence 4 of each metaskill description routes to siblings as negative
triggers; the two new journeys create six real borders. Descriptions are
capped at 1024 chars, so each edit trims existing text to make room.

improve-website, grow-website, improve-app -> conversion-optimization
improve-code-quality, remove-technical-debt, design-code-architecture
  -> architecture-optimization

PATCH bump on each.
