Wei Yihao 2d656a352c brand: add logo assets and use them in README + gallery ...

Six SVG variants (mark, reverse, mono, lockup, lockup-reverse, brand-board)
plus BRAND.md. README/README_CN swap the emoji heading for the mark; the
gallery keeps light/dark copies next to the pages that reference them.
