Colton Padden 81b68e55e7 test(eve): cover MCP terminal failures and rejected calls (#2989) 
Extend the MCP agent channel scenario with a deterministic failed invocation, asserting the sanitized terminal error shape a hosted client sees, and with rejected agent_get/agent_update calls for unknown and stale targets.
