Agents kept inventing fields, xpath anchors and methods that do not exist in the base addons, burning tokens on whole-file reads, and forgetting the .pot/.po step. odoo-workflow makes the trace mandatory: resolve the Odoo version, grep the real source, write a Context Brief with file:line citations, then a version-aware definition of done (tests, ACL, i18n, hygiene) before commit. A project CLAUDE.md template makes it trigger deterministically instead of relying on skill-description matching. Also: - sudo() naming convention (<name>_sudo for bound recordsets) in every security guide and the review agent, with a grep detector covered by a fixture in npm test. - Odoo 19 translation guide used the removed --i18n-export/--i18n-import flags; replaced with `odoo-bin i18n export|import|loadlang`. - Claude plugin manifests rewritten to the schema Claude Code loads (`claude plugin validate` now passes); versions kept in parity by test. - flow-diagram SKILL.md frontmatter no longer fails YAML parsing. - SkillSpector baseline regenerated (only the two sudo() mentions in the new skill were added).
