Bump package.json to 1.0.14 and add the CHANGELOG section so the Release workflow tags v1.0.14 on merge to main. Credit Piruin Panichphol for the Odoo 16–19 coding-guidelines work shipped in #24. Also unblock CI: skill-security-scan installed SkillSpector from an unpinned Git HEAD, which moved to 2.9.6 and rejects version-1 baselines ("unsupported baseline version 1; expected 2"). Pin the tool to v2.9.6 and regenerate the baseline against the current tree so the gate only fails on genuinely new findings.
