Alex Newman 85fc991c65 chore: bump version to 13.24.20 (#4048 )

Package-facing patch bump so 13.24.20 ships the commits now on main after v13.24.19. Rebuilds plugin bundles so the injected version matches.

Does not npm publish.

claude-mem for Cursor

Install from the Cursor or Grok Bot plugin store as claude-mem-cursor. Does not install Grok Bot.

After install: npx claude-mem install --ide cursor for a local worker, or set CLAUDE_MEM_MCP_TOKEN for remote MCP.
