Alex Newman fe4908b1c8 chore: bump version to 13.24.19 (#4043) 
Package-facing patch bump so 13.24.19 ships Batch II leftovers now on main after v13.24.18. Rebuilds plugin bundles so the injected version matches.

Does not npm publish.

claude-mem for Cursor

Install from the Cursor or Grok Bot plugin store as claude-mem-cursor. Does not install Grok Bot.

After install: npx claude-mem install --ide cursor for a local worker, or set CLAUDE_MEM_MCP_TOKEN for remote MCP.
