Alex Newman 51a3969fa7 chore: bump version to 13.24.22 (#4053 )

Mechanical package-facing bump so 13.24.22 ships the empty-title observation capture fix now on main after v13.24.21. Rebuilds plugin bundles so the injected version matches. Does not npm publish.

claude-mem for Cursor

Install from the Cursor or Grok Bot plugin store as claude-mem-cursor. Does not install Grok Bot.

After install: npx claude-mem install --ide cursor for a local worker, or set CLAUDE_MEM_MCP_TOKEN for remote MCP.
