Alex Newman 033667ed9a chore: bump version to 13.24.16 (#4023 )

Package-facing patch bump so 13.24.16 ships #3629 (NULL memory_session_id), #3640 (runtime-only marketplace package.json), and #3631 (dead-transport Chroma handshake). Rebuilds plugin bundles so the injected version matches.

claude-mem for Grok Bot

Install from the Grok Bot or Cursor plugin store as claude-mem-grok-bot. Does not install Cursor.

Grok Bot has no hooks. After install: npx claude-mem install --ide grok-bot for a local worker plus CMEM Pro observer. --provider host is an explicit local loopback-shim opt-in. Set CLAUDE_MEM_MCP_TOKEN for remote MCP.
