Nick c11cabd7eb fix: restore software-only About synchronization (#1420) ...

# Pull Request Description

Restore the original software-only About template with the current catalog count. The synchronizer must not reinsert the community token, creator fees or trading text after the maintainer edits the GitHub About manually.

Remove the instructions introduced in #1418 that required the funding text in About, and retain a regression against token/fee insertion. The Funding & transparency page, mint address and README/index links remain unchanged. This PR does not apply any live About update.
