- README: library → skills, remove Cursor references, focus on Claude Code + Codex
- Banner SVG: update paths, skill count (216), platforms (Claude Code, Codex)
- Commands table: remove Cursor link column
- Add AGENTS.md at root (Codex project instructions)
- Add .codex/instructions.md
- Fix .gitignore: un-ignore .codex/ (only ignore .codex/skills/)
