Strips the `> **Estimated credits:** ~N per run.` line from 47 SKILL.md files
across library/{motion,social,visual} and rewrites the inline "before burning
video credits" phrasing in ugc-video-factory.

Adds a new color-analysis-board skill under library/visual/ — portrait →
luxury fashion-magazine "Color Analysis Board" via gpt-image-2-image-to-image
(palette swatches, undertone panel, makeup guide, capsule wardrobe, hair &
jewelry recommendations on a 3840×2160 magazine-spread layout).
