Public skills/ directory grew to 9 in commit ee60838 "Duplicate Pika
skills" (app-sizzle, app-store-screens, build-a-brand,
founder-product-video added alongside the original podcast, explainer,
ugc-ads, baseball-trend, kiss-cam), but the README, marketplace.json,
and all three plugin manifests still advertised 5 curated skills and
version 1.3.0.

Updates:
- README — version badge 1.3.0 → 1.4.0; install-surface table and §2/§3
  headers + body 5 → 9; "Featured workflows" table extended from 5 to 9
  rows with input/output/invoke for each new skill
- CHANGELOG — new [1.4.0] — 2026-05-22 section above [1.3.0] documenting
  each new skill, the skill-count + version bumps, and a note that the
  58-tool MCP surface is unchanged
- .claude-plugin/marketplace.json — version 1.4.0, descriptions, and
  skills[] extended from 5 → 9 entries (stable order, originals first)
- .claude-plugin/plugin.json — version, description, keywords
- .codex-plugin/plugin.json — version, description, longDescription
  (each new skill gets a one-liner inside the Codex `interface`), keywords
- .cursor-plugin/plugin.json — version, description, keywords, tags

Tool count stays at 58 atomic primitives (tools-manifest.json
unchanged); skill-audit intentionally not ported from internal (stays
internal-only).
