zeyu.fz eb4f9af3e7 fix(knowledge): 修正 getConnector 不返回 fileConnectorConfig 问题

- 移除 collection-get 命令中对 fileConnectorConfig 字段的输出
- 文档中补充说明 getConnector 不返回 storeType、regionId、bucketName 等字段
- 更新类型定义，去除 RagConnectorInfo 中的 fileConnectorConfig 字段
- 明确这些字段只在创建连接时请求体中传入，查询时不可读取
