The skills/ layout already matched the spec, so this only adds the two
manifests: plugin.json at the root and mcp.json mirroring .mcp.json with
explicit stdio transports. Both validate against the published schemas.
.mcp.json stays for Claude Code — the migration is additive, not a move.
README: document plugin installation, and add ai-sdk-7 and hetzner-cloud,
which shipped without a table entry.
