project-memory	CLAUDE.md generation that captures institutional knowledge, the things obvious to current team members but invisible to a new collaborator. Templates for editorial tools, event websites, publications, research projects, content pipelines, and digital archives.
project-retrospective	LESSONS.md generation that names specific failures and the decisions that caused them. Templates for research projects, event post-mortems, editorial tools, and publications.
template-selector	Decision tree that picks the right starting template across both skills. Use when starting a new project or unsure which template category fits.

Client support

project-retrospective and template-selector remain shared-skill candidates. project-memory currently generates CLAUDE.md for Claude Code. Paired test fixtures define the intended merge and nested-scope contract for both clients, but Codex AGENTS.md output is not supported yet. The Codex fixture must pass against an installed client before the shared instructions or an adapter change.
