docs: update CHANGELOG, README, and SKILL.md for v1.2.0 release - Added new features including alignment of skill tool names with live MCP tools, introduction of `tradingview_get_ohlcv` and `tradingview_get_price_events`, and documentation for remaining MCP families. - Updated README and SKILL.md to reflect new functionalities and clarify usage of `tradingview_get_ohlcv` versus `tradingview_get_price`. - Version updated to 1.2.0 in VERSION file.
