YanShawn 40bd0d0c01 fix(llm-wiki): resolve vault-root wikilinks (#126) 
Resolve valid wikilinks to root-level Markdown pages and keep the pre-commit hook aligned with that dependency set. Add a backup-preserving refresh path for existing generated vaults, regression coverage, the v1.1.0 manifest bump, and a fresh security marker.
