* fix: remove hidden U+FE0F variation selectors from skill files (W021)

Strips invisible emoji variation selector (U+FE0F) appended to ⚠
in 6 SKILL.md files, clearing the W021 hidden-Unicode lint warning.

* fix: remove warning emoji from skill files

Replaces ⚠ (U+26A0) with no character across all skill files,
keeping headings and callouts as plain text.
