roshansada 08631ab2ef Shorten plugin descriptions 
Replace "Connect to [tool]" openers, em-dash asides, and MCP server
boilerplate with brief verb-first copy in plugin and marketplace
manifests. Resync the README table that mirrors them, adding rows that
had drifted out (teaching, ralph-loop, playwright, github, zoom, clay).
Also refresh the stale read-only X marketplace copy and clean em-dashes
from the Salesforce server URL help text.

Cursor Agent c5b04a5445 Make plugin descriptions client-agnostic 
Drop 'Cursor' from plugin descriptions in the marketplace manifest and
per-plugin manifests so they read correctly in any agent client, and
resync the README table that mirrors them.

roshansada 38b7517041 Add Circleback third-party MCP plugin 
Circleback ships an official remote MCP server over Streamable HTTP with
OAuth and Dynamic Client Registration, so the plugin is a URL-only
mcp.json with no variables block.
