27 tests covering:
- Passthrough of valid types (floats, ints, strings, booleans, None)
- NaN and +/-Infinity replacement with None
- Recursive sanitization through dicts, lists, and tuples
- Real-world event structures (on_chain_end, streaming chunks, state sync)
