- Move ralph.mjs and prompt.md from scripts/ralph to .claude/skills/ralph
- Add comprehensive SKILL.md with full workflow documentation
- Add --cwd flag for running in worktrees
- Add --no-commit flag for testing
- Default to Opus model
- Default max iterations to story count
- Add project folders for isolation (.claude/skills/ralph/projects/)
- Add tool call logging with cleaner output formatting
- Support mockup references in PRD (mockups, designReferences fields)
- Remove ralph npm script (invoked via skill only)
