Sweep 133 ASCII double-hyphen ` -- ` list-led separators to a single en-dash ` – ` per documentation-style.md §Dashes — pre-existing violations the hardened 12i check (Axiom-b6p) now catches. Mechanical separator-only replacement; descriptions unchanged.
