- Converted all **bold text** pseudo-headers to proper #### markdown headers - Fixed 85 files across docs/, plugins/, and root directory - Updated CLAUDE.local.md with new guideline about proper header usage - Benefits: better document hierarchy, TOC generation, accessibility, navigation - Pattern: **Text** -> #### Text (for standalone header lines)
