Source of truth: boshu2/agentops-showcase (12factoragentops.com).
Tokens copied from its tailwind.config.ts + globals.css.

## Palette
- Primary: #d97757 (hsl(15 55% 60%)) — warm clay / terracotta
- Accent: #fbcfb2 — soft peach
- Background: #0a0a0a (neutral-950, warm matte)
- Card bg: #111110 / #171512 (warm-tinted ladder)
- Foreground: #dea78c / #c79073 (warm tan on dark)
- Selection: rgba(217,119,87,0.3) with peach text

## Fonts
- Code: Space Mono (replaces JetBrains Mono) to match showcase
- Text: Inter (unchanged)

## Updated
- mkdocs.yml palette: primary/accent → "custom" so the theme defers to
  our CSS variables
- docs/assets/stylesheets/extra.css: full rewrite — header gradient,
  announce bar, buttons, grid cards, code blocks, tables, admonitions,
  nav, search, scrollbars, selection all retuned to the warm palette
- docs/assets/logo.svg + favicon.svg: gradient swapped from indigo→pink
  to terracotta→peach to match
- Hero landing H1 gradient: now clay→peach→amber
- Preserved the .landing-hero scoping so inner-page H1s stay solid,
  not gradient
