boshu 924dc91819 chore(tracker): pin agentops tracker=br in .agentops/config.yaml (age-r82rw) ...

This repo tracks with br (beads_rust). Previously ao resolved tracker=br only
via ledger-presence (source=ledger). Add an explicit .agentops/config.yaml
tracker: br pin so resolution is source=config — robust to unusual ledger
layouts and consistent with the new personal-site pin. No behavior change
(still br); closes the unpinned-resolver class that caused an earlier silent
gate miss.
