`ao flywheel` only has `close-loop` subcommand. Status lives under
`ao metrics flywheel status` (metrics_flywheel.go).
2. ao settings notebook update (skills-codex/retro) → ao notebook update
`ao settings` namespace was removed in 4fd2512c; top-level `ao notebook`
is the correct form.
3. ao start seed / ao start init (skills-codex/quickstart) → ao seed / ao init
`ao start` namespace was removed in 4fd2512c; seed and init are top-level.
The CLI namespace was flattened in 4fd2512c (remove know.go, work.go,
quality.go), but skills-codex/ was never updated. Replace all stale
two-token prefixes with their flat equivalents across 17 SKILL.md files:

Integration tests: remove stale know/work/quality prefixes from
test commands after CLI namespace flattening (4fd2512). 11 tests
were failing with "unknown command" errors.
Markdownlint: wrap inlined allowlist content in code fence in
skills-codex/flywheel/SKILL.md to fix 15 MD019/MD004 violations.
