# Filename-pinned baseline for scripts/check-evidence-grounding.sh (gate evidence.grounding).
#
# Every entry below is a point-in-time evidence document whose citations were
# TRUE WHEN WRITTEN and whose subject has since moved. An entry is an exact doc
# path or a directory prefix ending in `/`, and carries its class tag as a
# trailing comment. Enforcement is two-way and shrink-only: a NEW uncovered
# offender fails, and an entry that stops covering any finding fails until it is
# pruned. Pinning the archive silences history, never a citation written today —
# a finding on a line ADDED since BASE_REF is not excused by this file.
#
# Seeded 2026-08-26 from the tree at 8cdcb5a90: 618 findings across 45 keys.
#
# 2026-09-03: every entry was pruned in the archival sweep that removed
# docs/audits/** (except docs/audits/manifests/) and docs/evidence/**.md from
# the tree; git history is the archive. The file stays as the declared,
# empty baseline: the gate still fails on any NEW uncovered finding, and any
# entry added here must carry its class tag and argument.
#
# The classes, and why each is pinned rather than fixed:
#
# dated-recon-snapshot A recon/audit run captured the tree on a named date.
# Its file inventory IS the record; rewriting the paths
# would falsify the snapshot.
# dated-audit A dated audit or readiness review of a surface that
# has since been refactored or retired.
# dated-duel A dated multi-model duel/review corpus, including raw
# model transcripts that must stay byte-faithful.
# foreign-repo Cites paths and commit ids belonging to ANOTHER
# repository (Gas City); they never resolve here and are
# not supposed to.
# pre-push-receipt A per-bead pre-push receipt naming the files that bead
# touched. A later refactor moves or deletes them; the
# receipt still records what was true at push time.
# orphaned-generator KNOWN LIVE DEFECT, surfaced not fixed: the doc claims
# a generator that no longer exists in the tree. Fixing
# it means deciding the doc's fate, which belongs to a
# change that owns docs/evidence/**, not to this gate.
