Amin Borghei 9161f84d39 fix(vertical-advisors): rename folders to match skill name (Pattern 2)
All 7 vertical-advisor skills declared `name: <x>-advisor` while living in a
folder named `<x>`, violating the authoring standard's Pattern 2 requirement
that name match the directory. `skill_lint.py` flags this, so the library was
shipping a rule its own skills broke.

Renamed the folders rather than the `name` field, because `name` is the public
contract: generate_site.py builds page URLs from it (the live site already
served fintech-advisor.html), and the CLI installs by it. Changing `name` would
have broken published URLs and every `add <skill>` command; changing the folder
touches only internal paths.

  vertical-advisors/fintech       -> fintech-advisor
  vertical-advisors/healthtech    -> healthtech-advisor
  vertical-advisors/edtech        -> edtech-advisor
  vertical-advisors/ecommerce     -> ecommerce-advisor
  vertical-advisors/proptech      -> proptech-advisor
  vertical-advisors/climate-tech  -> climate-tech-advisor
  vertical-advisors/marketplace   -> marketplace-advisor

Updated the path references in the 7 agents/vertical/*.md files and in
docs/SKILLS.md, whose link text now also matches the skill name. Manifests and
site regenerated; skill page filenames and public URLs are unchanged.

Verified: 0 name/folder mismatches across all 614 skill folders, 368 skills in
the manifest, no dead path references outside generated files.

These 7 skills still fail skill_lint on unrelated pre-existing grounds (missing
tags, no anti-patterns section, absent required sections) — not addressed here.
