Counts across the public surface had drifted well before this change — the docs site landing page still claimed 224 skills and 13 domains, and docs/SKILLS.md listed Engineering at 82 (actual 91) and Project Management at 42 (actual 68), while omitting three whole domains. README: badges, headline counts, and the domain list now include business-operations, research-ops and markdown-html. Added a bullet covering what the three new domains actually do. All domain links verified to resolve. docs/: SKILLS.md rebuilt against cli/skills.json as ground truth — every one of the 365 unique skill names is linked exactly once and the 20 domain headings sum to 368. New per-domain pages for business-operations, research-ops and markdown-html, wired into mkdocs nav and the index domain grid. Corrected stale counts in index.md, skills/index.md, INSTALLATION.md, getting-started/installation.md and reference/architecture.md. site/: rebuilt. The 24 MkDocs-rendered pages were stale and still served "343 skills across 17 domains"; regenerated along with 368 skill pages and 20 domain pages. Landing page counts corrected and three domain cards added. CLAUDE.md: documented the site build order. site/ is written by three things and `mkdocs build` cleans the directory first, so it must run before generate_site.py — and site/index.html, site/css/style.css and site/js/main.js are hand-maintained with no source file, so MkDocs destroys them and they have to be restored from git afterwards. This was learned the hard way. Repo metadata (via API, not in this diff): description updated to 368 skills / 76 agents / 859 tools; topics business-operations, research-ops and technical-writing added.
