Adds a skills installation phase to all three install scripts (sh, ps1, cmd).
Uses git sparse-checkout to fetch only apps/skills/ from the repo at the
release tag, then copies into ~/.claude/skills/ and ~/.config/agents/skills/.
Gracefully skips if git is unavailable or the clone fails.
