Austin Griffith 8386ced0e6 audit: full site review — fix stale TVLs, gas prices, Celo rebrand, Safe TVL, dates (#88) ...

All 182+ contract addresses verified onchain via cast (eth_getCode,
symbol(), latestAnswer()). No hallucinated addresses found.

Fixes:
- L2 TVLs dramatically wrong: Arbitrum 8B→~B, Base 2B→~.9B,
  Optimism B→~13M (DeFi Llama, Mar 3 2026)
- Gas range widened: 0.05-0.1→0.1-0.5 gwei (measured 0.29 gwei)
- ETH price: ~,960→~,000
- Safe: 00B+→0B+ secured (.4T+ total processed)
- Unichain launch: Feb 10→Feb 11, 2025
- Celo stablecoins: cUSD/cEUR/cREAL→USDm/EURm/BRLm (Dec 2025 rebrand)
- Added TVL methodology note (DeFi TVL vs L2Beat TVS)
- Removed stale TVL from Arbitrum recommendation row
